The TC500AR High-Speed Fully Automatic Cartoning Machine is developed for automated pharmaceutical cartoning and reliable blister card handling. Its balcony-frame design supports convenient cleaning and quick mold changeover while meeting GMP-oriented production requirements.

The machine uses a servo-driven follow-mode blister card feeder for precise counting and feeding of aluminum-plastic and aluminum-aluminum blister cards. A triple-grip rotary suction carton infeed with pre-opening function supports smooth carton handling throughout the packaging process.

For specification changes, the TC500AR features centralized carton size adjustment with digital-assisted display. Servo-driven format changeover replaces manual adjustment across the machine stations, allowing packaging formats to be changed efficiently. An extended carton infeed conveyor reduces the frequency of carton replenishment and supports longer operating periods.

The smart interlock system coordinates product, leaflet and carton handling. If no product is detected, the leaflet is not picked up, while the absence of a leaflet or carton prevents pusher activation. Automatic detection and overload safety protection provide alarms, fault display and automatic shutdown in overload conditions.

A submerged product chain lowers the product infeed height, helping reduce the connection distance between equipment and save production floor space. An FDA-compliant data audit trail is also available as an optional feature for applications requiring additional production traceability.
