The valve features an all-PFA/PTFE wetted flow path with no metal contact to process media, ensuring absolute purity. The flare connection (available in standard Parflare or compatible flare configurations) provides a leak-tight, low-dead-volume joint ideal for high-purity chemical distribution systems.

The PFA construction delivers exceptional chemical resistance against aggressive acids, alkalis, organic solvents, CMP slurries, and photoresist chemistries. With ultra-low ionic extractables meeting G4–G5 purity grades, this valve is well suited for semiconductor chemical delivery systems (CDS), high purity chemical transfer, and ultrapure water piping systems where contamination control is critical. The weir-type body design minimises dead volume and provides excellent cleanability, while the manual handwheel or lever operator offers straightforward, maintenance-free operation with clear visual position indication.

The flare connection offers significant advantages for semiconductor and high-purity applications: reliable sealing with minimal particle generation, low internal dead volume that reduces fluid entrapment and bacterial growth, compatibility with standard PFA tubing systems, and simple field installation without welding or special tooling. The diaphragm—available in modified PTFE—separates the bonnet from the wetted flow path, ensuring zero leakage to the atmosphere and long service life. All wetted components are manufactured from virgin high-purity PFA and PTFE materials, ensuring consistent quality and minimal ionic contamination.
