Multi‑pin Gold‑Plated Sensor Socket
Explore our multi-pin gold-plated sensor socket, designed for diverse sensor applications. It supports reliable connections and is built for demanding industrial setups.
This sensor socket combines two structural features: a multi-pin layout and a gold-plated surface. The multi-pin layout means the socket contains several independent pin channels gathered into one socket body. Gold-plated surface means the socket undergoes gold plating to improve solderability and oxidation resistance at the contact face. As a sensor-specific socket, the part is used on the sensor side for mating, corresponding to a matching plug. Together, the socket provides multiple paths for connection and uses gold plating for contact face treatment, which suits sensor assembly positions that need multiple connections and contact face treatment.
A multi-pin gold-plated socket places high demands on pin position accuracy and plating uniformity. The company operates plating lines and uses a coating thickness gauge for gold layer thickness checks. Sockets like this usually go through surface finishing after sintering, and plating thickness consistency directly affects downstream assembly and contact performance. The company runs five metal-glass sealing production lines and holds ISO9001:2015 and GJB9001C-2017 quality management system certifications and more than fifty national patents, and can support machining plans for multi-pin gold-plated sensor sockets.
