This double-flanged air duct is a cylindrical welded component designed for hot air circulation systems in agricultural grain dryers. Fabricated from DC01 steel with flanged rings welded at both ends, the duct measures 600mm in height with an inner diameter of 780mm and outer diameter of 810mm. Flange mounting holes are spaced at 30-degree intervals.
Installed within the dryer hot air duct system, this duct serves as a sealed passage connecting the heater to the drying chamber. The flanged ends provide secure and sealed joints between duct sections, preventing heat leakage and maintaining stable air pressure for uniform grain drying.
Manufacturing involves sheet rolling with full welding along cylinder seams. Flange fillet welds are reinforced with密集 welding to ensure joint integrity. All welds are produced smooth and secure without voids or cracks. Post-weld slag removal and distortion correction are performed. Dimensions and tolerances are held to GB/T 19804-2005 Class B and F standards. A full anti-corrosion paint coating is applied, and each completed unit undergoes leak testing.
