Continuous High-Speed Automatic Cartoning Machine

The Continuous High-Speed Cartoning Machine is designed for automatic cartoning of pharmaceutical aluminum-plastic blister packs, medicine bottles, cosmetics, and similar products. It operates smoothly and reliably and allows convenient adjustment when changing carton sizes.

The machine automatically performs leaflet folding, carton opening, product and leaflet insertion, batch number printing, carton sealing, and automatic carton discharge. A PLC plus servo control system is used to support automatic protection for the equipment and operator when a malfunction occurs.

For carton handling, the machine uses three rotary suction heads together with one pre-opening suction head to pick, open, and load cartons onto the chain plate. The leaflet system supports automatic folding from one to four folds, with optional German GUK integration. An oversized carton magazine holds approximately 1,000 cartons, helping reduce the frequency of carton replenishment during production.

The balcony-frame design separates the working zone from the drive mechanism, helping reduce cross-contamination and simplify daily cleaning. Components in the working zone are precision CNC machined from premium stainless steel and aluminum alloy. Transparent safety guard doors are equipped with automatic stop-on-open protection.

The machine can also connect with blister packaging machines, labeling machines, weighing machines, electronic supervision code systems, pillow packaging machines, overwrapping machines, strapping machines, and case packing machines to form an integrated packaging production line.
