DANPORE provides PFA Lined Elbows, engineered for directional changes in high-purity and corrosive process piping systems for semiconductor, electronic chemicals, and pharmaceutical applications. Available in 90° and 45° configurations, each elbow features a stainless steel outer shell with a full PFA lining on all internal surfaces, completely isolating the process media from metal contact. The PFA lining delivers exceptional chemical resistance against aggressive acids, alkalis, organic solvents, CMP slurries, and photoresist chemistries. With ultra-low ionic extractables meeting G4–G5 purity grades, these elbows are ideal for semiconductor chemical delivery systems (CDS), high purity chemical transfer, and ultrapure water piping systems where contamination control is critical. The smooth, non-stick PFA inner surface prevents particle entrapment, resists fouling, and minimises pressure drop, ensuring consistent flow and long-term purity.

90° elbows enable tight directional changes in compact piping layouts, while 45° elbows provide smoother flow transitions with reduced pressure drop and turbulence. The PFA lining is integrally moulded or welded to the steel shell, ensuring a void-free, durable bond that withstands thermal cycling and mechanical stress. End connections are available in flanged (DIN/ANSI), Tri-Clamp (hygienic), or threaded (NPT/BSP) configurations to suit diverse installation requirements. For pharmaceutical and API production, clamp-type options support repeated steam sterilization, ensuring hygienic operation.
